Exchanges & Returns
You can exchange your purchase for any reason within 30 days from the purchase date. Just give us a call and we will make it happen. Whether you want a different size, color, or even a different style altogether, we’ve got you covered.
1. Items must be in new and unused condition.
2. Items must not be washed.
3. Items must have all original tags attached and intact.
You may use our shipping service for a flat package convenience fee of $7.99.
Shipping service for items that are being exchanged is offered at no charge.
Refunds
The return will be made once we receive the items in our facilities. You will receive the refund via the same payment method that was used for your initial purchase. The amount may not appear in your account for up to 14 days, depending on your banking institution.
1. Select the item(s) you want to return
2. Print the provided return label and mail back the original product(s)
3. When we receive your item(s), your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 30 days for this to be completed from when the items were received by our warehouse.
Please note – Shipping costs are not eligible for refund.
