All tags, labels, and original packaging included
Return request submitted within 14 days of delivery

All returns are inspected once received
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method
Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is our error
If a return cannot be approved, you may choose to have the item sent back to you at your expense.
If you need a different size, color, or product variation, contact us to request an exchange. Exchange availability depends on product stock.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible with a replacement or refund.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not shipped. Once an order is processed, cancellation may no longer be possible. Please contact us immediately if you need help with a cancellation.
